Clutch & GearBox The clutch assembly was not original (no suprise after 140k), the pattern friction plate showed a reasonable amount of material left. If a replacement is expensive it will be put back in. The flywheel and pressure plates showed signs of heat spots, there were still signs of original machining marks. I don't often make the clutch work hard, so these will go back aswell.
I hope to replace both input and output shaft oil seals, they were not leaking too bad, but it's a relatively cheap bit of maintenance to do whilst the box is out.
